Paidgrowth.IO is operated by Gonçalo Morais, an independent paid media consultant based in Portugal. We are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese data protection law.

We only collect data you provide voluntarily through our contact form:

• Email address
• Company or brand name (optional)

• Message content

We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this website. We do not collect data passively.

3. Why We Collect It

We collect your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to discuss a potential working engagement. We do not add you to any mailing list or use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Legal Basis

Processing your contact form data is based on legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a direct enquiry you have chosen to submit. Where you become a client, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

5. How We Use Your Data

Your enquiry is delivered to us via Resend (resend.com), an email delivery service. Your data is transmitted securely and is not used by Resend for any purpose other than delivery. Resend processes data in accordance with GDPR.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party.

6. Data Retention

If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we will delete your contact details within 12 months of last contact. If you become a client, we retain relevant correspondence for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt.
