1. About These Terms

These terms govern the relationship between Paidgrowth.IO ("we", "us") and any client or prospective client ("you") who engages our services. By proceeding with an engagement you agree to these terms.

Paidgrowth.IO is operated by Gonçalo Morais, an independent paid media consultant based in Portugal, serving clients across the US, UK, and Europe.

2. Services

We provide paid media consultancy and related services including but not limited to: Google Ads management, Paid Social strategy and execution, feed optimisation, digital PR, creative production, agency oversight, AI-integrated website builds, and custom AI workflow development.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in writing prior to work commencing. No work will begin without a signed agreement or written confirmation of scope.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed on a per-engagement basis and outlined in your proposal or contract. Invoices are issued monthly or as otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur interest in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to pause work on any account where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to relevant accounts, assets, and information required to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by late provision of materials or approvals may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of Paidgrowth.IO.

You are responsible for ensuring that any advertising you approve complies with applicable platform policies and laws in your target markets.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your account. We retain ownership of any frameworks, methodologies, templates, or tools developed independently that may be adapted for your use.

We may reference the existence of our work together for portfolio and marketing purposes, without disclosing confidential data, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g. platform access, tool integrations) or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paid media performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and competitor activity. We cannot guarantee specific results.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-revenue damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise agreed. You remain liable for fees incurred up to the termination date. Any work completed but not yet invoiced will be billed on termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under your local law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued engagement after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
